BAFFLER BUNYIP
History tells us that there have been many different kinds of Bunyips; from living in swamps and creeks to wandering all over the country, and Baffler Bunyip is one of these creatures. But what
a magnificent Bunyip he is; like Bunyips before him he fiercely protects the environment and
shows all the other bush creatures how to care for the country. But the extra special thing about
Baffler is that he can change shape and colour and do other magical things so as to blend in
with the features of the landscape, and he is also a much valued friend of the marvellous
Professor Bangalang.
BAFFLER BUNYIP
Is a Bunyip big
is a Bunyip small
Is a Bunyip round about
Is it there at all
does a Bunyip live in trees curling like a snake
or does a Bunyip go to school
and live on chocolate cake
well there is such a Bunyip
he’s Baffler by name
a master of disguise
so friendly, wise and tame
and here’s the thing, don’t you know
with a smile so bright and wide
as Bunyips do, he’ll stand by you
always by your side
